- Service systems planned for the restaurant: central heating with plastic pipes, panel radiators in back rooms; fan coils in dining room, fixture branches for air curtain at main entrance, ventilation with cooling, wiring system led to electrical panelboard – wiring system in the premises to be installed by the tenant, fire alarm system (smoke detectors, heat detectors), phone wiring system – conduits for the system provided, wiring in premises to be installed by the tenant, mechanical supply/exhaust ventilation in dining room. Ventilation capacity reserve for kitchens back rooms is provided in the design, installation is the tenant’s responsibility depending on the kitchen technology assumed; fire hydrant system plumbing system for restaurant toilets, cold and hot water system, sanitary drainage system, cold, hot water and circulation pipes led to kitchen back rooms - distribution system to be installed by the tenant.
