	Dom Development wins The Pearl of The Polish Economy In November 2011, we were notified about prize The Pearl of The Polish Economy awarded to Dom Development in the 14th Ranking by Polish Market monthly and Institute of Economics (PAN - Polish Academy of Sciences). This recognition is a great honour for us. We are happy to be among the most dynamic and effective enterprises of Poland!

	Residential Developer Certificate by Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers Dom Development has had the Residential Developer Certificate for many years. It is awarded to the best by Polish Association of Construction Industry Employers – one of Poland’s largest organisations of the industry. Only the most trustworthy, solid, financially stable companies warranting safe investments are eligible for the certificate. We are very happy to be again among the most reliable developers of Poland.
	Dom Development is the second most recognisable residential brand in Warsaw! In June 2011 we were ranked second by Nowy Adres, the initiator of ranking Residential Brand of Year 2011. We won over 55 % of all votes in this contest for Warsaw’s most recognisable residential developer. We are proud to be ranked so high by the habitants of Warsaw!
	Residential Developer of the Decade by Eurobuild 2010 On 8 Dec. 2010, in Hotel Hilton (Warsaw), during a festive gala Dom Development was awarded the statute for the best achievements in the residential developer sector.Eurobuild Awards are a unique initiative aimed at celebrating the success and dynamics of the Polish real property market.During the gala dinner following the 16^th Annual Eurobuild Conference, 22 companies, institutions and industry personalities were honoured in 21 categories. The awards were given in two categories:"Awards of Tenants” and “Awards of Market”.As regards Awards of Tenants, tenants renting offices, commercial centres and warehouses in select projects across entire Poland evaluated various aspects of facilities used by them and voted for their best choices.The office, commercial centre and the warehouse receiving most points were awarded the prize for "Best Office/Centre/Warehouse in Poland”.As regards Awards of Market, a jury of over 100 leading real property specialists selected the best projects and companies in various categories. And Dom Development won the prize for the best residential developer.
	We have the great pleasure to inform that the international business information bureau Dun & Bradstreet awarded Business Credibility Certificate to Dom Development S.A. The Certificate is acknowledged world-wide and enhances the market position of our company.
	Dom Development won Construction Company of the Year award that was handed during Builder Gala on 18 February 2009
	In 2008, Dom Development was again awarded with the prestigious Developer Certificate granted by the National Chamber of the Building Industry in recognition of the company's significant position on the residential development market, its responsibility, integrity and guarantees of legal and financial security for its Customers.
	Dom Development S.A. has been recognised as the finalist of the Quality International 2008 Competition. To goal of the Quality International forum is to show the potential of the Polish market and to stimulate the formation of new patterns of its quality development. The patrons of the Quality International Forum organised by the editorial team of Forum Biznesu - an information and promotional supplement to Gazeta Prawna - are: the Ministry of Regional Development, Polish ISO Forum Club and the Polish Agency for Enterprise Development.
	In 2004, Dom Development was again awarded with the prestigious Developer Certificate granted by the National Chamber of the Building Industry in recognition of the company's significant position on the residential development market, its responsibility, integrity and guarantees of legal and financial security for its Customers.
	On 18 December 2006, Dom Development was awarded a certificate confirming that the company has an ISO/IEC 27001:2005 compliant Information Security Management System in place.
	In November 2004, Dom Development SA received an ISO Certificate based on a quality management system compliant with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2000. The certification covers development activity in the scope of: buying and selling real estate and property project management: designing, preparing and executing housing developments sales of flats and apartments property management
	On 21 November 2008 in Warsaw the grand Award Ceremony of the 6th edition of the competition Pearls of the Polish Economy took place. Dom Development was one of the winners of the Pearls of the Polish Economy 2008 in the category of enterprises generating sales revenues between PLN 100 million and PLN 1 billion. Grzegorz Kiełpsz - Chairman of the Dom Development's Supervisory Board accepted the award.
	Polish Construction Eagles 2008 Polish Construction Eagles 2008 competition was organised by the Warsaw and Mazowsze Employers Association and the Polish Confederation of Private Employers Lewiatan. Having analysed the company's data the jury awarded Dom Development SA with a distinction in the development services category. The distinctions are awarded only to companies nominated for the Competition that facing the challenges strive to improve their work, offered products and services. This diploma proves the reliability and professionalism of the awarded company.
	FORBES DIAMOND in Mazowieckie Province – Dom Development ranked 1st for the most dynamic increase of company value Our results gave us the first place on the Forbes Diamonds list of large companies that achieved revenues over PLN 250m in 2007. Dom Development was also ranked top for leveraging economic situation in 2005-2007 and the highest increase of company value in that period.
	COMPANY OF THE YEAR in Mazowieckie Province according to FORBES The Company of Mazowieckie Province is yet another distinction awarded to Dom Development for developing our region is. That distinction is specially valuable, because it is awarded based on opinions of the provincial governor, province marshal, university deans, chairmen of business organisations and presidents of major companies.
	FORBES'S DIAMOND for the 1st place in the category "Sale Revenue above PLN 250m" for DOM DEVELOPMENT S.A. Dom Development S.A. was awarded the 1st place on the list of so-called Forbes's large Diamonds for the generated sale revenue in excess of PLN 250m among so-called large enterprises and for the best use of the economic conditions in the years 2004-2006. During those years the company's value increased to 142.71%. The first place in the Forbes's Diamonds ranking was awarded to Dom Development on the basis of the review conducted by the economic conditions experts of Dun & Bradstreet and by the Forbes weekly magazine ? one the most popular business magazines in the world
	2nd place in the LARGE PEARLS category of the PEARL OF THE POLISH ECONOMY ranking awarded by the Editorial Team of Polish Market and the Institute of Economics PAN - Warsaw, November 2007 The Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences jointly with "Rynek Polski" Sp. z o.o. - the publisher of the English language economy magazine "Polish Market" every year prepare a special ranking of Polish enterprises "Pearls of the Polish Economy". This ranking includes enterprises which total business revenue during the year were at least 100 million zlotys (Large Pearls) or 1 billion zlotys (Great Pearls). At the same time these are enterprises which must fulfil the following minimum requirements defined by the Institute of Economics of the Polish Academy of Sciences: Revenue growth Return on sale Debt ratio Gross return on assets Net return on equity Labour efficiency

Every year the jury awards the best and the most spectacular developments in the region.
	CRISTAL DEVELOPER 2007 CRISTAL APARTMENT PATRIA 2007 This award is given by the editorial team of the Apartamenty i Mieszkania magazine. The Patria investment received this award in the category of the most luxurious and prestigious residential investment in Poland.
	THE BULL STATUETTE - STOCK EXCHANGE DEBUT OF DOM DEVELOPMENT S.A. 24.09.2006 Statuette awarded to companies debuting at the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
	DEVELOPER'S CERTIFICATE for DOM DEVELOPMENT S.A. ? Warsaw, 28.06.2006 awarded by Polish Association of the Construction Industry Employers. The Developer's Certificate has been known on our market since 1999 when the Polish Association of the Construction Industry Employers awarded reliable developers for the first time. So far 28 companies have received this award. The Developer's Certificate is awarded to reliable and credible companies operating on the domestic market. PZPB's recommendation is important for banks, business partners and prospective customers of the developer.
	ORZEŁ REFE 2006 - main award for the Marina Mokotów Apartments investment in Warsaw Refe - the largest Investment and Finance Fair in the Central Europe. The award is given for the best global investments completed in 2006: Distinguishing construction investments in terms of e.g. architecture, functionality and modernity.
	DOM DEVELOPMENT S.A. is the winner of the 4th Polish Ranking of the MOST EFFECTIVE ENTERPRISES TOP 100 in 2006. The editorial team of the Manager Magazine with the experts of Kolaja & Partners presented the results of the fourth edition of the ranking of the most effective enterprises in Poland last year using the innovative ROCE ratio which is a good method to evaluate an enterprise's financial results. The ranking was based on the analysis of financial results of 503 largest Polish companies for the year 2006 (except for the financial sector). It includes only those companies whose financial data are publicly available or who disclosed their results and accepted to the analysis in terms of the return on capital employed. The analysis included the consolidated financial statements and F01 interim reports for the years 2005 and 2006
